All Ariel and Aston Products are shipped from the supplier and include Free Shipping within the 48 Continental United States. Customers shipping to Alaska, Hawaii , & Canada should call our customer service department at 219-765-5799 for more information.
In Stock Items typically ship by 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time next business day after receipt of payment unless item is on a back order status, which customer would be notified. Customer credit card will be authorized for total invoice amount at time the order is placed. Normal shipping time is 3-14 days, depending on circumstances. Once shipped completed sales cannot be cancelled without being subject to our return policy. All delivery is made by appointment with the freight company and the customer by telephone number provided to steamshowerdepot.com at time of purchase. Confirmation of delivery time is made by email provided by customer at time of purchase.
Free Shipping is Curbside Delivery ONLY. Additional assistance upon delivery is the responsibility of the customer when delivery appointment is scheduled with the Freight Company. The customer is responsible for any unforeseen additional charges incurred from the Freight Company. These charges include but are not limited to:·
CUSTOMER WILL RECEIVE A DETAILED SHIPPING & RECEIVING CHECKLIST BY EMAIL WHEN ITEM IS SHIPPED AND IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE RECEIVING YOUR ITEM. INSTRUCTIONS FOR RECEIVING & SIGNING FOR THE SHIPMENT MUST BE FOLLOWED. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU DO NOT SIGN FOR A SHIPMENT, ACCEPTING LIABILITY FOR A DELIVERY, THAT YOU HAVE NOT COMPLETELY INSPECTED. WHEN A DELIVERED ITEM IS SIGNED & MARKED IN GOOD CONDITION THERE WILL BE NO FURTHER REQUESTS FOR A DAMAGED ITEM INSURANCE CLAIM. CUSTOMER MUST REPORT DAMAGE AS SUCH WITHIN 72 HOURS OF DELIVERY.
Item will be shipped in one or more wooden crates &/or cardboard boxes or pallets for the protection & safe delivery of the product. All crates are sized to fit through standard doorway. IF DAMAGE IS FOUND PLEASE DO NOT REFUSE THE ENTIRE SHIPMENT, ONLY THE BOX CONTAINING THE DAMAGED PORTION OF THE PRODUCT SHOULD BE RETURNED. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ANY WRITING OR MARKINGS ON THE MANUFACTURERS BOX. IF SOME ARE FOUND AN ADDITIONAL REPACKAGING FEE MAY APPLY. IF DAMAGE IS FOUND DESCRIBE THE DAMAGE IN WRITING ON THE PROOF OF DELIVERY (POD)
Returns
SteamShowerDepot is committed to customer satisfaction. Some occasional variation or changes in product options from the Manufacturer may occur. SteamShowerDepot.com reserves the right to substitute a comparable in this circumstance.
Customer may return item to the supplier within 30 days from the date merchandise was delivered. Only undamaged merchandise, in new condition, will be accepted for a return claim. Return claim must be filed within 14 days of original delivery.
All returned products must be in its original condition and in Manufacturer’s packaging and crating materials, otherwise additional charges may be applied.
SteamShowerDepot reserves the right to refuse any returns without RGA authorization. In addition, the amount of refund due will be determined by the sole discretion of the supplier. We will inspect the unit to identify the item’s condition. We reserve the right to qualify the refund, whether it will be in full or partial refund only.
Please note that Items without proper notification and without authorization, a Return will NOT be processed for refund, even though it was shipped back to us. So please do not send back Unauthorized Return, we shall not be bind to process refund, even though item is back to our location.
RESTOCKING FEE
For General Returns, a 15% restocking fee will apply for non-opened packages & 25% for opened. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from. Except for the following:
a) Received Defective Merchandise – is a product that is defective when Customer received the product initially.
( Must be Reported Within 72 Hours of Delivery)
b) Wrong order/model unit was shipped by Supplier.
NON – RETURNABLE ITEMS
For sanitary concerns and safety to all Customers, we strictly do not accept any units that have been installed or even those that have reached the preparation stage of installation. This policy is most strictly observed in all toilet returns.
